Crown Coaches was one of the first bus services Melbourne and coach companies in Australia to offer an entire fleet of seatbelt-equipped vehicles. All of Crown Coaches’ vehicles are fully air-conditioned, feature GPS tracking and full two-way radio contact with the depot and operations team. Crown Coaches uses Evident Solutions ‘ Coach Management System to ensure quotations and bookings are efficiently managed and allocated for a seamless client experience. The current fleet of over 147 vehicles comprises minibuses, to accommodate up to 24 passengers, mid-size vehicles, which carry up to 43 people, and full-size coaches with a capacity of up to 61 passengers.

Crown Coaches is the first bus company in Australia to offer the Coach International hybrid vehicle. While some other hybrid buses have been trialled in Melbourne, Crown Coaches is the only company to offer daily services of hybrid buses. Crown Coaches also offers the latest Euro 6 diesel, low emission coaches for long-haul or extended trips as the most environmentally efficient choice.
